DUBAI 5 April 2017: Kyrgyzstan’s intelligence agency has identified a 22-year-old suspect in attack on St Petersburg’s subway system. The alleged bomber’s name is Akbarzhon Jalilov. He was born in Kyrgyzstan but had Russian citizenship.

Fourteen people were killed and dozens wounded in the blast.
