Abu Dhabi 5 April 2017: Adnoc Distribution has opened three new petrol pumps – Marabe Al Dhafra Service Station in the Al Dhafra Region; Al Ramla Xpress Station in Shakhbout City and Al Rowdah ADNOC Xpress Station in Abu Dhabi.
The Al Dhafra station opening event was attended by Mohamed Hamad bin Azzan Al Mazroui, Under-Secretary of the Ruler’s Representative Court in the Al Dhafra Region, Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Adnoc Distribution.
Located alongside the Marabe Al Dhafra housing community on Tari– Liwa road, the latest addition takes the total number of company service stations in the region to 37.
Operating round-the- clock, the service station features seven islands with 15 dispensers offering E-Plus 91, Special 95, Super 98 and Green Diesel. It has sufficient fuelling capacity to serve 30 vehicles simultaneously.
Al Rashdi revealed plans to launch a total of 10 new Adnoc Xpress stations in Abu Dhabi and a further 25 new service stations across the UAE in 2017.
Since the beginning of the year, the company has opened seven Adnoc Xpress stations in Abu Dhabi and seven service stations elsewhere in the country.
Marabe Al Dhafra service station offers a wide range of facilities and integrated services, including oil change, an Adnoc Oasis convenience store, an LPG cylinder depot and an
automatic car wash service. It also includes a mosque and leasable space for a fast food outlet, a third-party car workshop and an ATM. In the future, the station will add natural gas for vehicles (NGV) facilities.
Al Ramla Adnoc Xpress Station in Shakhbout City
The new station is the eighth Adnoc Xpress station and second such station in Shakhbout City.
Adnoc Xpress stations have a longitudinal ground plan featuring one island with either two or three dispensers that offer only two fuel varieties. Stations with two dispensers span an area of 600 square metres, and those with three dispensers cover an area of 800 square metres. Al Ramla station offers Special 95 and E plus 91 fuels in line with the preference of customers in the area according to the findings of a company survey.
With the opening of Al Ramla, Adnoc Xpress network now offers eight fuelling locations. The completion of phase one of the expansion will see the addition of two more stations in Khalifa City and on Al Falah Street in Abu Dhabi.
Al Rowdah Adnoc Xpress Station in Abu Dhabi
Al Rowdah Adnoc Xpress station is the seventh station of its kind in Abu Dhabi city and its suburban areas. The new station is located on Delma Street in the area between Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street and Al Bateen Street in Abu Dhabi.
Al Rowdah station offers Super 98 and Special 95 fuels in line with the preference of customers in the area according to the findings of a company survey.
