DUBAI 7 November 2017: Different paid parking zones will be established in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) from this year itself, according to an agreement between the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and DMCC, master developer of the JLT.

The payment of parking fees in the area will be through smart means including text messages and RTA Dubai App according to specific categories and fees per each zone, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday. It includes the provision of parking slots at the entrance of blocks as well as roadside parking slots at a rate of Dh4 per hour. Premium parking will be provided at a rate of Dh10 per hour for 3 hours maximum. Other parking slots will be offered at a rate of Dh4 per hour with no maximum parking period set.
