The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) also has advised motorists to take precautions due to poor visibility.
In a statement, NCM said it expected visibility to be to less than 2,000m at times over scattered areas of the country especially over the western areas because of convective clouds formation, which may be associated with rainfall and fresh wind causing blowing dust, until 6am today.
Rising sea levels due to strong winds
NCM has renewed its previous warnings to sea goers of rough seas in the Arabian Gulf due to strong winds and rains.
According to NCM forecasts, waves height in the depth between 4-6 feet may reach 7 feet until 6am, Saturday morning.
